Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tallow & Tide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tallowandtideco@outlook.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
